Keith D. Peters is a distinguished talent acquisition and workforce development leader with over a decade of experience driving results across the healthcare and clinical sectors. As the Founder and CEO of NavAIgate Careers, Keith is pioneering a transformative, AI-powered career development platform designed to empower healthcare job seekers with modern tools, community connections, and leadership resources.
Mr. Peters has cultivated a deep understanding of recruitment dynamics within mission-driven healthcare organizations throughout his career. He has held progressive leadership roles at some of New York’s most respected healthcare institutions, including MJHS and VNS Health (formerly VNSNY), where he served as a Manager and Supervisor of Talent Acquisition. In these roles, he restructured recruitment systems, scaled high-performing teams, and significantly reduced reliance on external staffing agencies, achieving a 70% direct hire rate within six months at MJHS.
Before that, Mr. Peters made his mark at Greater New York Hospital Association, Cotiviti, and Partners Health Plan. He consistently built recruitment functions from the ground up and introduced workforce strategies that improved hiring efficiency, retention, and team performance.
